At Fastidea, we stand behind the quality of our car accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer straightforward returns and refunds to ensure your peace of mind.
2. Eligibility
- Time frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and installation hardware.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:
- Custom-made or personalized accessories (e.g., custom-embroidered seat covers)
- Clearance or “Final Sale” merchandise
- Installed products (unless installation was performed by Fastidea technicians and the item is defective)

- Provide Order Details
- Order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Item
- Pack securely and include the RMA form. Keep your courier tracking number.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: Fastidea covers return shipping.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured service.
6. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item (3–5 business days). You will receive an email notification when your return is:
- Approved: We’ll issue your exchange (see Section 7).
- Denied: We’ll explain why the item didn’t meet our return criteria; you may choose to have it shipped back at your expense.
7. Refunds
We don’t issue refunds, only exchanges.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for an exchange.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
9. Warranty Claims
Many Fastidea products carry a 2-month manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims follow the same process as returns; however, shipping costs for warranty repairs may vary based on the manufacturer’s policy.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge by contacting us within 2 hours of placing it.
- After Shipping: The standard return process applies; return shipping costs will follow the guidelines above.
